I went to get my brakes (front and back pairs) changed as well as tie rods and ball joints. Since my car was a 1998 Toyota Camry, they had to order the parts ahead of time and I would take it the following day. Even for one of the changes, I kept my vehicle there for about 2 days. Overall, the prices were reasonable for the service they did plus the parts they ordered. They ultimately shaved off hundreds of dollars from what I would have otherwise paid at Firestone (not to mention that they could have also put in the incorrect parts). I also like that not only they quoted me for some parts that they could have potentially used and charged me the final price for what they used, but they also showed me some model pictures of what parts they changed in the process, what each part does, and how these changes affect my vehicle. Speaking of which, after everything that was changed, my brakes feel a lot smoother and my car on its own doesn't feel shaky (at this point now that's just either the Mexican roads in Nuevo Laredo or where Texas roads are in poor condition).

Front office clerk is very professional. I called on the phone and asked for a quote on brakes. Went above and beyond checking for wear on brakes I didn't even ask for repair. The vehicle was ready in one day and saved me about $200 compared to the dealership. I definitely found my to go to shop for repairs I cant do!

Worst mechanic shop ever!!!!!! I took my car to get a gasket replaced and some hoses 7 days later they tell me they haven't checked out my car because of a breathalyzer I get it if they don't want to work on a car but you don't hold on to it for 7 days and not call the owner and give him an update I'm from out of town and I was just waiting for my car to be ready even after they told me that it would only be atost two days I finally called him up and the owner tells me there is nothing they can do about it and to bad just come pick up the car 7 days and no work no update This is a terrible shop and they lack customer service and communication Do not being your vehicle here

My car was definitely messed up, and the team at ACE auto did an awesome job fixing it; it drives like new! The staff was friendly, were bilingual, and I really appreciate how Jesse went out of his way to explain the mechanics of what was wrong; they even kept the broken parts and showed me after, which is definitely something that I’ve never had happen before. I appreciate the attention to detail, care, and awesome customer service! They are definitely the best auto shop in all of Laredo!

I went there thinking I need a wheel alignment. The employees were very helpful and professional. They have checked the alignment for free, and explained me what the results meant. As there wasn't any major issue, I am definitely coming back once I get new tires and would highly recommend them for wheel alignments services.
